💰 $190,000 – $230,000+ Base (Flexible for the Right Candidate)

A well-established Long Island law firm is seeking a senior-level litigation attorney with deep experience in complex civil and commercial matters.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned litigator who thrives on autonomy, takes ownership of cases, and is comfortable navigating sophisticated disputes across multiple practice areas.

Core Practice Exposure Includes:

• Healthcare-related litigation
• Real estate disputes
• Bankruptcy-related litigation
• Commercial litigation
• General civil litigation
• Corporate disputes

What the Firm Is Looking For:

• 10+ years of civil litigation experience (preference closer to 15–20 years)
• Meaningful trial experience (jury and/or bench trials)
• Strong motion practice and deposition background
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload
• Direct client communication and expectation management
• Highly organized and strategic
• Demonstrated career stability (not a frequent mover)
• Must reside in Long Island, NY

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 – $230,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
