Senior Associate / Vice President – Investor Relations

We are partnering with a highly regarded middle-market private equity firm to identify a Senior Associate or Vice President.
As the firm prepares for its next fundraise, this hire will become a key partner in managing the end-to-end fundraising process, working directly with the Head of IR. The role offers significant responsibility from day one, with a clear path toward greater involvement in investor engagement and capital raising over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management efforts across all fundraising and investor relations initiatives
- Coordinate the end-to-end fundraising process, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder management
- Manage investor due diligence processes, data rooms, and information requests
- Prepare and maintain fundraising materials, presentations, quarterly updates, and reporting packages
- Own CRM management, investor tracking, and pipeline reporting
- Serve as a key liaison between investment professionals, finance teams, advisors, and prospective investors
- Support investor meetings, annual meetings, and fundraising events
- Develop best practices and scalable processes as the platform continues to grow
- Over time, gain increasing exposure to LP relationship management and fundraising strategy

- Investment banking professionals with strong project management and execution experience
