Senior Associate Attorney

About the Role:

A growing litigation firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with strong personal injury experience to manage cases from pre-litigation through trial. This is a hands-on role requiring first or second-chair trial experience and the ability to lead case strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, experts)
• Handle mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Develop litigation strategies and assess liability
• Serve as first or second chair at trial

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license
• 4-5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• First or second-chair trial experience required
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
