Associate Attorney

Location: Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $125,000 - $200,000

\We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and professional liability cases.
• Manage a caseload, including handling all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop strategies for case defense.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts to move cases forward.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure high-quality legal representation.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation, legal procedures, and insurance law.

• This role is full-time and Hybrid. The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 – $200,000 + billable bonuses(Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.)
