Role Description

This is a full-time, in-person position for an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Philadelphia office. The role focuses on plaintiffs’ side personal injury litigation, as well as motor vehicle accidents and business litigation matters. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case development, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include managing active litigation files, coordinating discovery, organizing and summarizing records, drafting pleadings and correspondence, assisting with trial preparation, communicating with clients, experts, and courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.


Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in personal injury, civil litigation, or a related field preferred.
  • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania; New Jersey licensure or eligibility to obtain admission strongly preferred.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and clients.
  • Courtroom or trial exposure is a plus but not required.
