We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support our customers by coordinating projects, managing account details, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and committed to building strong client relationships while helping customers solve operational challenges.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
  • Provide customers with updates on orders, production schedules, and project status while resolving inquiries quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, pricing, and account information within the ERP system.
  • Review quotes and estimates, monitor pricing accuracy, and coordinate product specifications, engineering changes, and order requirements.
  • Work closely with Scheduling, Production, and Shipping teams to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.
  • Assist with reporting on key metrics, onboarding/training new team members, and troubleshooting account issues when needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or inside sales within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Product experience in motion technology, automation components, mechanical systems, or related industrial products preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and diverse workplace.
