1.Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform architecture.

1. Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including integrations, customer journeys, and campaign automation.
2. Strong experience with Salesforce Agentic AI/Agentforce, AI-driven workflows, and intelligent automation solutions.
3. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification, segmentation, and real-time activation (highly preferred).
4. Lead technical design reviews, solution architecture, code quality, and best practices across Salesforce implementations.
5. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
7. Mentor development teams, drive Agile delivery, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise Salesforce programs.
