Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, driving enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives, and providing architectural leadership across multiple Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect enterprise Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Develop scalable and secure architecture frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Design customer lifecycle processes including Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity Management, Case Management, Customer Service, and Omnichannel Support.
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-driven architectures.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and business analysts.
  • Review and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data management standards.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution assessments.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and limitations.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins.
  • Ability to create solution architecture documents, data models, and integration diagrams.
