JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Development Lead to join one of their top financial client in Morristown, NJ (4x on site). This role will utilize strong architect-level expertise allowing them to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and provide technical leadership to the team. This individual will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions, while guiding developers and ensuring best practices across the team. This role will also be responsible for driving solution design, mentoring team members, and partnering with stakeholders to develop and deliver Salesforce implementations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-7+ years experience within Salesforce development and design (Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud)
-Financial services industry experience
-Exposure to AI-driven workflows/automation within Salesforce
