This is a high-impact in-home sales role, reporting to Carmine Pero, where you’ll work directly with homeowners to provide solutions for heating, cooling, and water heater installations.
💰 Compensation
🔹 Base salary + uncapped commission
🔹 Average earnings: $115,000 – $165,000+

🏡 What You’ll Do
🔹 Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments
🔹 Identify HVAC needs and recommend solutions
🔹 Generate additional leads through networking and outreach
🔹 Partner with field technicians to identify system improvement opportunities
🔹 Manage your sales pipeline in CRM
🔹 Present proposals via iPad and assist customers with financing options
🔹 Follow up to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
⭐ What We’re Looking For
🔹 Experience in in-home sales (HVAC or home services preferred)
🔹 Strong communication and relationship-building skills
🔹 Comfortable using technology (tablet, CRM, mobile tools)
🔹 Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
🔹 Open to coaching and continuous development
🔹 Valid driver’s license
🔹 Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule, including evenings/weekends as needed
