Strive have partnered with one of the fastest growing SaaS vendors who are disrupting the observability space with their eBPF technology and cloud native model.


Looking to expand their US presence, we’re building the team on the west coast and looking for Solutions/Sales Engineers in the Bay Area!


The Company:

  • Series B ($60m)
  • 8-figure ARR
  • Over 200 customers across MM and Enterprise (citing 80% lower costs)
  • Zero instrumentation


The Leadership & Culture:

  • Boston HQ
  • VP Sales and RD both from legacy competitors
  • Head of SE scaled SE org from 3 to 43 at last venture before acquisition
  • Tight knit, high performing, social collaboration


The Role:

  • Solutions/Sales Engineer
  • Hybrid - 3 days per week in San Francisco
  • $240k-$270k OTE
  • Join early and shape the SE org during scale up


About You:

  • Only accepting San Francisco/Surrounding Bay Area applicants
  • Commute 3 days/week in office
  • Presales experience
  • Kubernetes familiarity
  • Able to run POCs, technical demos, and support enterprise sales cycles
