Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Cold Weather Accessories team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations, including order management, sample coordination, and customer support. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication skills and a passion for the apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize showrooms and sample closets
• Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage all in-house and off-site sales samples
• Assist in preparing sample assortments for advertising shoots and customer needs
• Support the creation of sales tools for market, including linesheets and look books
• Assist the sales team with customer service cases
• Conduct trend research and support special projects
• Compile competitive market analysis for management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience (retail or wholesale preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with NuOrder is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

The pay range for this position is: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
