We are a fast-growing company operating in a global manufacturing environment, partnering closely with international suppliers to bring products from concept through production. This role sits at the center of the business, driving cross-functional execution across Operations, Accounting, and Sales. This is a highly visible position reporting to executive leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys owning projects end-to-end, and is comfortable working across global teams.


Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will lead cross-functional initiatives from initial concept through production and delivery. This individual will coordinate across departments, manage timelines, and ensure projects stay on track while maintaining strong communication with both internal stakeholders and overseas manufacturing partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders across Operations, Accounting, and Sales to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
  • Partner with department leaders to define project scope from sampling through production and delivery
  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure milestones and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate workflows between departments to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership
  • Support communication and coordination with international suppliers throughout the production lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • 4–5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or cross-functional operations
  • Proven experience managing projects across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Office/SharePoint

Preferred Experience

  • Background working with contract manufacturers and global supply chains
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers in Asia
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred
