Role Description This is a Yacht Broker role based in Florida &/or Puerto Rico. The Yacht Broker will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting in-person yacht showings, and guiding clients through offers, negotiations, and closing. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong client network, providing timely and accurate information on available inventory, and preparing listings with detailed specifications, photos, and descriptions. The role involves coordinating sea trials, surveys, and inspections, as well as working with internal and external partners (such as lenders, surveyors, and marinas) to ensure smooth transactions. The Yacht Broker will also attend boat shows, local events, and marina visits to generate new business and represent Atlas Yacht Sales in a professional manner.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and advisory abilities, including experience with Sales Consulting and client-focused Consulting.
  • Proven track record in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical or complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with the boating or marine industry, yacht types, and common vessel systems is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in an in-person, client-facing environment, including weekends or evenings as needed for showings and events.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple listings and client engagements simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with basic office and CRM software for managing leads, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Valid driver’s license; boating experience, relevant licenses, or certifications are a plus.
