Maharajas Fine Jewelry is seeking a passionate, professional, and customer-focused Jewelry Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, helping clients celebrate life's most meaningful moments, and delivering a luxury retail experience.

The Jewelry Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through purchases including engagement rings, bridal jewelry, fashion jewelry, luxury watches, custom creations, and special orders.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized follow-up and outreach.
• Assist customers with engagement rings, bridal jewelry, fine jewelry, watches, and custom design consultations.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Develop a personal client book through networking, referrals, events, and follow-up communication.
• Maintain product knowledge on diamonds, gemstones, jewelry manufacturing, and luxury watch brands.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining showroom presentation standards.
• Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and opportunities.
• Support store events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives.
• Handle jewelry intake for repairs, inspections, cleanings, and appraisals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and high-performing sales environment.

• Previous retail sales experience preferred; luxury retail or jewelry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to learn jewelry, diamond, and watch product knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays and occasional special events.
