Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Kallmeyer, you will deliver an elevated, personalized client experience while supporting daily boutique operations. You will build and maintain a strong client book, with a focus on consistent outreach and long-term relationship building. Your attention to detail and client-focused approach will contribute to a refined, welcoming retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe guidance
• Build, maintain, and actively develop a client book
• Conduct consistent client outreach to drive engagement and repeat business
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop strong knowledge of Kallmeyer collections and current fashion trends
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management
• Maintain visual and organizational standards of the boutique

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail
• Experience with clienteling and client book management is a plus
• Strong sense of personal style
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
