We are looking for a few motivated individuals to join our Miami team as Sales Associates. This is a direct, boots-on-the-ground position. We don’t care about your previous job title—we care about your ability to talk to people, handle rejection, and hit targets. This role is designed for someone who is scrappy, "down for whatever," and ready to learn the mechanics of sales from the inside out.
What You’ll Do:
- B2C Sales & Outreach: Conduct cold brand outreach and face-to-face sales to acquire new customers.
- Brand Representation: Act as the public face for our clients, including national brands and non-profit organizations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain customer relationships from the initial greeting to the close.
- Data Management: Self-manage your own sales portal and CRM to track leads and performance accurately.
- Objection Handling: Navigate and overturn customer objections in real-time using proven communication techniques.
- Increase Lifetime Value: Focus on high-quality customer acquisition to ensure long-term retention for our clients.
- Non-Profit Support: Represent non-profit clients to raise awareness and secure consistent support for their missions.
- Public Speaking: Participate in daily office meetings and lead training sessions for the team as you progress.
- Direct Mentorship: Work one-on-one with the senior manager and trainers to master the sales system quickly.
