This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Allentown, PA. The Sales Account Manager will manage customer accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, drive lead generation efforts, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves addressing client inquiries, identifying growth opportunities, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

• Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with teams to deliver client-focused solutions
• Previous experience in sales or account management roles is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
