This refined French-American steakhouse concept operates as a high-profile all-day dining outlet with breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, and a rapidly expanding sommelier-led beverage program. Already pacing toward $10M in annual revenue, the concept combines elevated steakhouse tradition, polished luxury service, and a long-term vision toward Forbes recognition and future Michelin relevance.

The restaurant is in a pivotal phase where the right leader will help install structure, refine service standards, strengthen team accountability, and shape the long-term identity of the guest experience.


Key Priorities


  • Lead the full operation of a high-volume all-day luxury steakhouse
  • Install and maintain structure, systems, and operational discipline
  • Elevate luxury service standards within a resort setting
  • Continue building an expanding dry-aging and sommelier-led beverage program
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership on a chef-driven dining identity
  • Drive financial performance across a $10M revenue operation
  • Balance hotel-level standards with an independent restaurant vibe
  • Build a culture capable of supporting Forbes standards and Michelin-level consistency


Leadership Scope


This role oversees a strong and leadership team, including:

  • Assistant General Manager
  • Assistant Restaurant Manager
  • Sommelier / Beverage leadership
  • Restaurant Supervisors


The position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and carries strong visibility within the broader resort operation.

  • Luxury hotel or resort restaurant leadership experience
  • Steakhouse, fine dining, or chef-driven concept expertise
  • Experience refining standards in recently launched or repositioned restaurants
  • Strong wine, spirits, and beverage program fluency
  • Sophisticated labor, scheduling, forecasting, and cost controls
  • A polished floor presence with exceptional guest recovery instincts
  • The ability to build systems while preserving energy, warmth, and personality


Compensation & Relocation

  • Base Salary: $100,000
  • Bonus: 15% target annual incentive
  • Relocation: 10% of base salary reimbursement
  • Temporary Housing: Up to 30 days paid accommodation upon relocation
