Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at our Sarasota, FL location. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, scheduling, supervising team members, and fostering an environment that reflects the culture and values of Chicken Salad Chick.
