General Manager

The Holiday Inn Knoxville West – Cedar Bluff is seeking an experienced, driven, and guest‑focused General Manager to lead our hotel operations and elevate both guest satisfaction and team performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily hotel operations, ensuring brand standards and service excellence are consistently met
• Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a high‑performing leadership team and staff
• Foster a welcoming, service‑oriented culture focused on guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and brand regulations
• Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of full-service hotel General Manager leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of full‑service hotel operations
• Proven ability to manage budgets, drive RevPAR, and control expenses
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with IHG brands is a plus
