As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations while driving event programming and overall business expansion.


Role Description

The General Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of the winery while playing a key role in driving growth through events, customer experience, and strategic initiatives. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment and is passionate about building community through experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily winery operations, including tasting room, staff, and customer service

Ensure smooth, efficient workflows and a high-quality guest experience

Manage scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, and compliance

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall facility standards


Events & Experiences (Primary Growth Focus)

Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly and special events (live music, trivia, workshops, private events, etc.)

Develop new event concepts to drive traffic and revenue

Manage event calendar and coordinate with vendors, entertainers, and partners

Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown


Team Leadership

Hire, train, and manage staff

Foster a positive, team-oriented culture

Set expectations and hold team accountable for performance and service standards


Business Growth & Strategy

Identify opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement

Collaborate on marketing initiatives (social media, promotions, partnerships)

Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to inform decisions

Support private event and group booking growth


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management experience (hospitality, events, or food & beverage preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience planning and executing events
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends required)
