About the Role

Capital Wealth is looking for a Relationship Advisor to help deliver a proactive, high-touch experience for our growing base of pre-retiree and retiree clients.

This is not a transactional role. Our Relationship Advisors are genuinely invested in client relationships, retention, and long-term outcomes. You'll partner closely with a Lead Advisor to service an existing book of business, deepen client relationships, and surface meaningful planning opportunities along the way.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a real talent for communicating clearly and guiding clients through important financial decisions.


What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct two Strategic Review meetings each year for assigned clients
  • Proactively schedule and manage client outreach (ownership is key here)
  • Deliver a high-touch experience for Diamond and Platinum tier households, contributing to four total annual touchpoints
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and ongoing service needs
  • Keep every interaction relationship-first, not transactional

Opportunity Identification & Growth

  • Identify new planning and business opportunities within the existing client base
  • Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the Lead Advisor to stay aligned and execute well
  • Support efforts to uncover and consolidate outside assets

Case Design & Planning Support

  • Help build and prepare case design strategies for client recommendations
  • Complete all case design work at least one week before client meetings
  • Align recommendations with the firm's 60/40 Target Asset Mix philosophy
  • Hold a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and client alignment

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Lead Advisors to service their client book
  • Partner with internal team members to deliver a cohesive client experience
  • Take part in training and mentorship opportunities as part of your development as an advisor


What We're Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A relationship-first mindset with a focus on client retention
  • The ability to manage multiple client relationships with organization and consistency
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000, plus a 10% annual KPI bonus paid out quarterly and commissions on paid business. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, a 401(k) with a limited employer match, an HSA option with select policies, and paid time off.
