Position Summary 

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Financial Advisor to join our team. This role involves building strong relationships, developing comprehensive financial plans, and providing tailored investment and planning solutions. You will play a key role in helping build THRYVE to an industry-leading RIA as well as help your clients achieve their financial goals. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Acquiring new clients through networking, building referral sources, and community engagement. 
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with your clients by helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives. 
  • In collaboration with our CIO and head of Financial Planning, create customized financial plans, addressing retirement, investments, insurance, and estate planning needs. 
  • Analyze client financial data to recommend strategies aligned with risk tolerance and goals. 
  • Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial strategies. 
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies. 


Qualifications 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or business economics (preferred). 
  • Licensing: Series 66 (or 63/65) required. Life/Health insurance license preferred. Series 7 
  • CFP or CWA preferred.
  • An existing practice that is predominantly fee based with assets of $75 Million and above in AUM.
  • Experience: Ideally, 3-12 years as a Financial Advisor.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 


Compensation & Benefits 

  • Compensation will be dependent on years of experience and incoming practice. The structure will include a cash component, equity, and a payout based on revenues.
