Regional Vice President – Multifamily Property Management
Our client, a growing multifamily property management company, is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead operations across a portfolio of apartment communities.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and team development across multiple properties, while also managing a direct portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor Regional Managers and onsite teams
- Drive NOI through occupancy, rent growth, and expense control
- Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and asset performance
- Partner with ownership groups and deliver strategic insights
- Support business development, proposals, and new property onboarding
- Implement best practices across operations, marketing, and leasing
What You Bring
- 10+ years in multifamily property management
- 3+ years at a Regional VP or senior regional level
- Strong financial acumen and portfolio oversight experience
- Experience with institutional and third-party management
- Proficiency in systems like Yardi, AppFolio, or Entrata
- Active CA Real Estate License
