Vice President Property Management

Endeavor Agency has partnered with a vertically integrated multifamily owner-operator and third-party management firm to identify a Vice President of Property Management to lead and scale their Florida portfolio. This individual will oversee a diverse mix of assets including garden-style communities and high-rise product, while driving operational performance, team leadership, and long-term portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across a multifamily portfolio in Florida
• Lead and mentor Regional Managers and on-site teams
• Drive NOI growth through revenue management, expense control, and operational efficiencies
• Partner with ownership on business plans, capital improvements, and asset strategy
• Standardize processes and elevate operational consistency across the portfolio
• Utilize Yardi to drive reporting, performance tracking, and data-driven decisions
• Build and retain high-performing teams while addressing succession planning needs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily operations experience
• Proven leadership overseeing multi-site portfolios (garden and high-rise experience preferred)
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and NOI optimization
• Experience within an owner-operator or third-party management platform
• Comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with Yardi strongly preferred
