Overview:

Radley Staffing is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations and drive business growth across our Austin and San Antonio branch locations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, workforce accountability, exceptional client service across all branches and leading efforts that grow revenue and expand market presence. The Regional Operations Manager will ensure staffing operations run efficiently, teams are meeting performance goals, and client expectations are consistently exceeded.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in staffing, operations management, multi-location oversight, and business development. This role requires a proactive approach to solving operational challenges, coaching and developing teams, and fostering strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations across two branches, ensuring alignment with Radley Staffing’s goals and standard
• Take ownership of team performance by coaching our talent and holding them accountable to hitting sales quotas and growth goals.
• Partner with branch teams to ensure operational performance supports sales goals, client satisfaction, and profitability targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention, increase account growth, and generate new business opportunities
• Develop and mentor team members to drive accountability, operational excellence, and alignment with the “Radley Way”
• Develop and execute strategic plans by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and service delivery
• Monitor branch financial performance (P&L) and take action to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Build high-performing teams with a culture centered around accountability and fun
• Review and execute agreements to support business development efforts
• Maintain well-organized, efficient, and professional branch office environments

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to hire, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
• Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communicator with strong business ethics and sound judgment
• Staffing industry (temp and temp-to-hire) experience is a plus
• Experience managing a positive P&L
