- Support high-volume experienced hire recruiting efforts, from initial outreach through final offer logistics.
- Collaborate with Recruiting Ops, Talent Partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure processes run seamlessly.
- Own data entry and candidate tracking in Greenhouse (ATS), Workday (HRIS), and scheduling tools like Candidate.fyi.
- Support recruiting events, administrative tasks, and special projects as assigned.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.5+.
- At least 1 internship or professional experience in recruiting, HR, or a fast-paced corporate admin role.

- Clear, professional communication skills
- A proactive mindset—you anticipate needs before they arise.
- Maturity and professionalism—you’ll be interacting with senior leaders and global teams daily.
- Experience using Greenhouse, Workday, or similar systems is a plus!
Bonus Points:
- Agency recruiting experience (even junior level) is welcomed.
- Ability to work with speed and polish in high-pressure situations.
- A long-term interest in growing within talent operations or HR.
