Are you someone who thrives in high-energy environments and loves being at the center of a fast-moving talent engine? A top-tier trading and technology firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to get your foot in the door with a high-performing organization that values precision, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

This role starts as a contract position (with strong intent to convert to full-time) and is perfect for a recent grad or early-career professional who’s hungry to grow in recruiting operations. You’ll be the go-to for scheduling, logistics, and candidate experience, all while gaining exposure to executive stakeholders and a global talent strategy.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Join a collaborative and supportive team where Recruiting Coordinators are empowered—not just task rabbits.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across multiple time zones.
  • Take part in meaningful work beyond scheduling: think resume screening, intern support, and hiring strategy insights.
  • Enjoy complimentary breakfast, lunch, snacks
  • Build your career in an environment that blends precision, speed, and high-impact problem-solving.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the face of recruiting—greeting candidates onsite and owning their experience from start to finish.
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules across time zones with accuracy and a candidate-first mindset.
  • Support high-volume experienced hire recruiting efforts, from initial outreach through final offer logistics.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Ops, Talent Partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure processes run seamlessly.
  • Own data entry and candidate tracking in Greenhouse (ATS), Workday (HRIS), and scheduling tools like Candidate.fyi.
  • Support recruiting events, administrative tasks, and special projects as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.5+.
  • At least 1 internship or professional experience in recruiting, HR, or a fast-paced corporate admin role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • A proactive mindset—you anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Maturity and professionalism—you’ll be interacting with senior leaders and global teams daily.
  • Experience using Greenhouse, Workday, or similar systems is a plus!

Bonus Points:

  • Agency recruiting experience (even junior level) is welcomed.
  • Ability to work with speed and polish in high-pressure situations.
  • A long-term interest in growing within talent operations or HR.
