Overview

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team. This role will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain recruiting data, and support offer management activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all stages of the candidate experience, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-up activities.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics and scheduling across multiple business groups.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external staffing partners throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute offer packages and employment-related documentation.
  • Draft offer letters within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain recruiting data and ensure the integrity of information within recruiting systems and reporting tools.
  • Track interview activity and recruiting metrics using Excel and internal reporting tools.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Support recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and HR-related projects as needed.
  • Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts across various platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of professional experience, including internships, within Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruiting platform.
  • Exposure to recruiting coordination, HR operations, campus recruiting, or talent acquisition through internships or prior experience.
  • Interest in building a long-term career within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
