360 Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences

I’m working with a firm looking to add an experienced 360 recruiter to their life sciences desk.

This is for someone already in the agency/staffing world, running a full desk, who wants more room to build. You’d be joining a team with an established client base, strong leadership, and the freedom to grow your own book of business within the life sciences market.

What you’d be doing:

• Running a full 360 desk (BD + Candidate side)
• Winning new business and growing existing client accounts
• Building relationships with life sciences clients (biotech, pharma, medical devices)
• Sourcing and managing a strong pipeline of candidates

What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years of 360 experience within a staffing/recruitment agency (life sciences preferred)
• Proven track record of billings and client development
• Strong business development skills, someone who can win and grow accounts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency environment

What’s on offer:

• $85K-$140K base (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
