My clients are the leading technology recruitment agency in Austin and are looking to hire Junior Recruitment Consultants to join their team.

What you'll be doing:

• Connecting job seekers with opportunities
• Headhunting candidates
• Business Development - winning new clients, developing existing accounts, nurturing client relationships
• Developing your own sales & negotiation skills
• Pitching, negotiating & agreeing terms of business

To be successful you'll need to be:

• Interested in a career in sales
• A team player and ready to work hard
• Ideally have previous experience in a sales based role
• Keen on progressing your career and working with exciting clients within tech & financial services

What's on offer:

• Market leading commission
• $50,000 starting salary with incentives + commission and bonus
• Realistic first year OTE of $80,000
