Location: New York City (Hybrid)
We’re partnering with a growing recruitment firm looking to add an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to their life sciences team in New York City.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing environment with an established client base, strong leadership, and the autonomy to build and scale your own desk within a thriving life sciences vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (business development through to placement)
- Build and develop relationships with life sciences clients across biotech, pharma, and medical devices
- Source, engage, and manage high-quality candidate pipelines
- Drive revenue through new business generation and account expansion
- Deliver a high standard of client and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of 360 recruitment experience within life sciences
- Proven track record of billing and developing client relationships
- Strong business development skills and commercial mindset
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
