About Our Company
Monroe & Weisbrod is a growth-focused behavioral health staffing firm that assists hospitals and clinics nationwide in hiring qualified psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
We're improving access to mental health care in every community, one placement at a time. We are seeking our next team member to help us leave our mark as we continue our journey to become the nation’s leading behavioral health staffing firm.
Our Culture
We take full ownership of our success. This means showing up with intention, being proactive, and holding ourselves accountable every single day.
We are a team of people who refuse to settle: for ourselves, our clients, and our candidates. We’re seeking someone to join our team who thrives in an environment where we always want more, stay hungry for growth, and aren't satisfied with average.
