Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate the full interview process for candidates and clients
  • Manage submissions and candidate flow in Salesforce, ensuring all activity is documented and up-to-date
  • Create engaging job postings and manage job board activity
  • Conduct professional reference checks and ensure documentation is client-ready
  • Facilitate offer letters, background checks, and start dates
  • Create engaging job postings and manage job board activity
  • Assist with administrative items such as reporting, sales research, and marketing initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders and act as back-up for office management including reception


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
