The Opportunity

We are seeking an In-House Recruiter (Temp-to-Hire) to support one of our key clients in the Duncan, SC area. This is a fast-paced, on-site role where you’ll be embedded within the client’s operation, managing full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and daily workforce coordination.

This temp-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to demonstrate your impact and transition into a long-term role while working directly within a high-volume production environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for light industrial roles
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for employees and client leadership, supporting day-to-day workforce needs
  • Conduct new hire orientations, compliance documentation (I-9, W-4), and onboarding with a high level of accuracy
  • Coordinate daily staffing operations including attendance tracking, call-offs, scheduling, and shift coverage
  • Build strong relationships with employees to support engagement, retention, and performance
  • Partner closely with client leadership to align staffing levels with production demands
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/HR systems and support weekly payroll processing


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Ability to work on-site and manage relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Comfortable working in high-volume, performance-driven environments with staffing KPIs
  • Experience in light industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing staffing is a plus


Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ATS systems (Avionté preferred) and Microsoft Office
