Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Denver, CO. This onsite position is responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and supporting employees for warehouse and light industrial operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, tech-savvy, and fluent in both English and Spanish.


Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and digital recruiting platforms.
  • Create and manage online job postings and social media recruitment campaigns.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and client-specific orientations.

Employee Management & Workforce Support

  • Maintain accurate electronic employee records and staffing documentation.
  • Manage employee attendance, performance, coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations as needed.
  • Notify employees of schedule changes, work cancellations, and assignment updates.
  • Create employee badges and distribute safety equipment when required.

Client & Operations Support

  • Partner closely with client management to ensure staffing levels are met and workforce issues are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Conduct daily safety walkthroughs and ensure compliance with client-specific requirements.
  • Manage workplace incidents, investigations, and injury reporting in accordance with company policies and safety standards.

Payroll & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Review and process employee time records for payroll accuracy.
  • Partner with Payroll to support weekly payroll processing and customer invoicing.
  • Monitor recruiting and onboarding metrics through company dashboards and reporting tools.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, labor laws, and company safety programs.
  • Maintain inventory of drug testing materials and safety supplies.
  • Reinforce risk management and safety initiatives with employees and clients.


Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong social media and digital recruiting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Customer-service focused with a sense of urgency.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Staffing, Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, or Customer Service preferred.
