Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually


Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Light Industrial / Manufacturing Recruiter to join their team in the Cincinnati area. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting with a focus on high-volume, skilled and unskilled manufacturing and warehouse positions. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capabilities, a sense of urgency, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial and manufacturing roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through job boards, ATS, social media, and other recruiting channels
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skillset and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Support high-volume hiring initiatives and workforce planning efforts
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on light industrial or manufacturing roles
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting and meet hiring deadlines
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and job boards
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for roles such as assemblers, machine operators, warehouse associates, and maintenance technicians
  • Familiarity with local Cincinnati manufacturing talent market
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
