Job Description

The Recreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities foradherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist infunctions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification ofresidents’ membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.

Pool Hours: Mon-Sun 10:30am-7:30pm

Flexible shifts:2-3 shifts per week, Mon - Sun.

Work hours: 10am-2pm OR2pm-7:30pm

Daily responsibilities:

• Meet, greet, check-in and out homeowners, residents, and guests.
• Research and respond to inquiries.
• Provide high level of customer service.
• Walk and inspect facility for cleanliness. Spot clean, dust, sweep, and mop areas.
• Arrange indoor and outdoor furniture.
• Report any maintenance concerns to General Manager.
• Other duties as requested.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and takes the initiative.
• Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
