Attessa Capital is an investment management firm and Registered Investment Advisor serving high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporations. The firm is based in Tucson, AZ, with a satellite office in Phoenix, AZ.
We are looking for a full-time, in-person Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our Tucson office. This person will help create a professional and welcoming client experience while supporting day-to-day office operations and assisting the team with administrative and client-service needs.

- Experience in finance or the financial industry is helpful but not required. We are more focused on finding someone who is professional, organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and guests to the office in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks, including scanning, printing, filing, and organizing documents
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Keep the conference room, break room, reception area, and common spaces clear and tidy
- Help manage office supplies, ordering, and general office organization
- Run local errands as needed, including picking up or depositing checks, purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and handling other office-related tasks
- Assist the team with client-related requests, such as gathering client information, confirming transfers, preparing documents, and coordinating follow-up items
- Support scheduling, calendar invites, correspondence, and other day-to-day office needs
- Help with other administrative or office management tasks as needed
