Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp opportunity within the Insurance industry, located in Conshohocken, PA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all office and breakroom supply ordering, including general office materials, coffee, and snacks, ensuring consistent availability and timely replenishment
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, proactively forecasting needs to avoid shortages or overstock
  • Oversee breakroom operations, including coffee machines, supplies, and overall functionality
  • Ensure kitchen and breakroom areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the day
  • Maintain a consistent presence at the main office entrance, professionally greeting visitors, directing phone calls, and managing deliveries and mail distribution
  • Oversee the overall cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of the office space
  • Partner closely with building management and external vendors to report, track, and resolve maintenance and repair issues, ensuring reliable and consistent service
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of training rooms and meeting spaces for internal meetings and office events
  • Conduct end-of-day inspections of office common areas to confirm spaces are neat, organized, and ready for the following business day
  • Support emergency response and evacuation procedures as needed
  • Help manage workspace assignments for full-time employees and visitors, including preparing workspaces for new hires and clearing vacated areas
  • Maintain and update the office space plan in coordination with the Facilities Coordinator location

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of office coordinator/receptionist

Work Site: Onsite

Employment Type: Temporary

Salary: $25-30/hr
