About Us:

We are hiring a welcoming and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors at our corporate HQ in Downtown Cleveland.

Pay ranges from $20 - $25 / hour based on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Manage scheduling and maintain appointment calendars
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
