About the Role:

We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our Charleston location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and vendors.


This is a Temp To Hire position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk, lobby area, and main entryway
  • Greet and sign in visitors, vendors, clients, and employees
  • Maintain building security, including badge administration
  • Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Communicate time-sensitive information via phone, email, intercom, or MS Teams
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and assist with inventory support
  • Provide administrative and clerical assistance as needed
  • Support Human Resources with projects and daily activities
  • Uphold company values through professional and courteous interactions


Compensation:

  • $20 an hour
  • Full benefits once direct


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required (some college preferred)
  • 2+ years of front desk or receptionist experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail
