What your future day will look like:
- Communicate with lenders, borrowers, agents, and attorneys
- Review surveys and title commitments
- Prepare documents related to closing
- Research, draft, and review leases, purchase assignments, mortgage notes, and other documents
- Assist attorney with other real estate legal matters

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of recent South Carolina and North Carolina Real estate paralegal experience required
