Paramount Legal is recruiting for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established law firm handling complex property-related matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys managing cases from start to finish and working closely with attorneys on sophisticated litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case intake through resolution
• Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Organize and manage large volumes of case files and supporting documentation
• Review and analyze real estate-related documents such as deeds, easements, and title records
• Maintain case calendars and track deadlines to ensure timely filings
• Communicate with clients, experts, and outside parties as needed
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and coordination of witnesses
• Conduct research and provide general litigation support

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
• Experience handling document-intensive matters and meeting strict deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience with real estate, eminent domain, or property-related litigation
• Prior trial preparation experience
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
