Quality Assurance Manager

An innovative biotech company is looking for an experienced QA On-The-Floor Manager to lead real-time quality oversight across their cGMP manufacturing site. Fully onsite role with genuine ownership and visibility into senior QA leadership.

The Role

• Lead and develop the OTF QA team
• Real-time GMP oversight — batch records, line clearance, deviations, CAPAs
• Key point of contact for audits and regulatory inspections

What We Need

• 5+ years QA in cGMP aseptic/sterile manufacturing
• Solid FDA, EU & ICH regulatory knowledge
• Must have 2/3 years experience in a managerial role
