Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Hudson, NH. The Quality Manager will be an active inspector for the machine shop using CMM's, hand tools, and Electronic height gauges. The QM will oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance processes and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include developing quality control strategies, analyzing quality data, leading audits, maintaining certifications, and driving continuous improvement across production and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience inspecting complicated milling parts
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and/or relevant industry-specific standards
• Experience in quality assurance practices including internal audits, inspection processes, and root cause analysis
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and mentor teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaboration across departments
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments, with a preference for defense, aerospace, or medical device industries
