About the role
Join a Quality Assurance team supporting distribution operations to ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements. This role focuses on providing oversight of distribution partners, maintaining quality systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance across supply chain and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GDP environments, distribution quality, and cross-functional collaboration within pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Quality oversight of distribution partners and logistics providers across the United States
Support preparation and maintenance of Quality Agreements
Review and support resolution of deviations, CAPA, and change controls
Maintain and monitor KPIs related to distribution and quality performance
Analyze compliance and customer-related issues and support resolution activities
Escalate quality and compliance issues to appropriate stakeholders
Maintain awareness of emerging GDP regulations and logistics requirements
Support Quality Management System (QMS) maintenance and improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams
Support ongoing compliance initiatives and quality improvement programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or allied health field (Required)
Experience working in a GDP (Good Distribution Practice) environment
Experience supporting distribution or logistics Quality operations
Experience reviewing deviations, CAPA, and change controls
Experience supporting Quality Agreements
Ability to work independently and under moderate supervision
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong documentation and communication skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments
Experience supporting 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations
Experience maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Experience supporting distribution compliance programs
Experience working in regulated environments
Compensation
Estimated hourly range: $65–$80/hr (W-2)
Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite weekly
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
