The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will drive quality assurance initiatives through impactful automation strategies. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor team members, and maintain exemplary standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating increasingly complex situations. This role offers the chance to enhance your technical acumen and personal brand while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

- Mentor junior team members in quality assurance practices

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases

- Utilize various tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency

- Maintain documentation of test results and processes

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 2 years of QA, technology or PwC experience

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology preferred

- Microsoft Certification preferred

- Demonstrating knowledge of Quality Engineering

- Working with Nearshore and Offshore teams

- Developing and maintaining Automation scripts

- Excelling in Agile methodologies

- Mentoring team members to enhance skills

- Maintaining elevated standards of quality

- Utilizing technology to drive project success

While a successor pool has been identified for this role, interested parties may self nominate in order to be considered.

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
