The Role:

We’re looking for a technically-skilled, solutions-driven Production & Technical Support Associate to support customers, configure hardware, and assist with daily production and fulfillment. This role bridges customer support, engineering lab work, and operations, offering real variety and direct impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across access control and video systems
  • Guide field technicians and customers through installations and repairs
  • Configure video surveillance systems and onboard customers
  • Configure, test, and QA controllers, readers, and cameras
  • Create wiring diagrams and support documentation
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed
  • Assist with assembly, packaging, and daily shipments


Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ year experience in access control, low-voltage systems, or related technical field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of customer support experience with hands-on technical troubleshooting
  • Comfortable with hardware, software, and basic IT concepts
  • Able to create clear, accurate wiring diagrams from scratch for low-voltage systems
  • Clear, professional communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Organized, proactive, and takes ownership of work
  • Comfortable context switching throughout the day
  • Enjoys collaborating across support, engineering, and operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or an equivalent combination of education & experience
