RN – Psych
A respected non-profit community healthcare system in Concord, Massachusetts, providing comprehensive acute, emergency, surgical, and specialty care services. Important Details:
• Location: Concord, MA
• Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• OT: Paid after 40 hours
• Pay: $2,472/week gross
Responsibilities Include:
• Provide direct psychiatric and behavioral health patient care
• Monitor patient behavior, mental status, and overall safety throughout the shift
• Administer medications and maintain accurate patient documentation
• Assist with crisis intervention, de-escalation, and therapeutic communication
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Active Massachusetts RN License required
• BLS and CPI Blue (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) certifications required
• Experience with behavioral health, verbal de-escalation, and physical intervention skills preferred
Additional Information:
• Schedule: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and every other holiday required
• No on-call requirement
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
